This is SHOCKING NEWS… I just read an article on Yahoo Finance, that the unemployment rate in California just hit above 8%… that is huge, that is devastating… is this just the beginning ?

What about undocumented workers ? Are they included in these numbers ? If they are not, I wonder what the true number is…

I know that my brother has been worried about his job for a very long time. Jobs lost… layoffs… pink slips… these are all things that I have been hearing people talk about lately…

At every backyard bbq, dinner party, childrens birthday party, and sunday brunch…. it seems like everyone I talk to is either telling me about their own personal story or someone very close to them… on how they have been directly affected by a reduction in work, business, hours, or a straight layoff, or whatever… and I am just wondering if anyone else is having the same experience that I am ?
